Welcome to Nepal. Welcome to Kathmandu Valley; own self it is a city still manages to charm every visitor with its magnificent temples, gigantic renaissance structures and with traces of a glorious past. We will embark upon this trip from Kathmandu then move towards the ancient city of Patan and Bhaktapur.

Nepal Travel and Tour provide you valley sightseeing with Kathmandu Durbar Square, the place of the Malla and then the Shah Kings of Nepal, visiting Kumari Temple, house of the virgin goddess, visiting Swoyambhunath stupa, a stupa on the top of hill – from here you can overlook the scenery of Kathmandu Valley.

We then visit Patan, a famous city features of arts and crafts – the highlight of trip is the Shikara (Krishna Temple), Patan Durbar with Royal bath, Hiranya Varna Mahavihar (Buddhist Monastery). Then Visit Bhaktapur an ancient city of Devotees..

Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive Kathmandu
Meet our airport representative into the Kathmandu Airport. Arrival transfers to hotel by private vehicle. Check into hotel with welcome drink. Rest of the day is free for individual activities. ( Depend as per the arrival schedule. ) You may enjoy your evening to the Swoyambhunath Stupa. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 2: Sightseeing Pashupatinath, Bouddha, Hanumandhoka)
After breakfast, start Kathmandu valley Sightseeing by private vehicle (vehicles depend as per the group size) including: Pashupatinath Temple / Bouddhanath Stupa / Budhanilkantha (Sleeping Vishnu) or Kathmandu Durbar Square (Hanumandhoka Durbar). Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 3: Sightseeing Patan & Bhaktapur
After breakfast, start to Patan city sightseeing after Patan city sightseeing proceed to Bhaktapur city sightseeing. Return back and check into hotel at Kathmandu, after lunch break the remaining day is free for shopping. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 4: Departure from Kathmandu
After breakfast, AM is free for shopping or individual activities. Departure transfers to airport for final destination as per departure schedule.

The Everest Base Camp trek begins with an exciting mountain flight to Lukla airfield. We then begin our trek through Sherpa village, a long gurgling river and across high suspension bridges, meeting zobkyo (family of yak) caravan on the way. Entering the Sagarmatha National Park we arrive at Namche Bazaar. We continue on to the Tyangboche monastery within the imposing peak of Thamserku looming over the trail. From Tyangboche the views of Everest, Lhotse , Nuptse and Ama Dablam are sensational.This trek leading to Everest region is one of the busiest route in Nepal. We fly to Lukla and ascend the Dudh Kosi valley to the Sherpa settlement of Namche Bazaar. A day’s walk through lovely forests to the famous Buddhist monastery of Thyangboche is rewarded with views of Everest rising behind the Lhotse / Nuptse wall and the stunning peak of Ama Dablam. The peaceful village of Khumjung provides a glimpse of traditional Sherpa life. This region known as the Solu Khumbu is known around the world as the famous home of the world’s highest mountain. Mt. Everest or Sagarmatha as the Nepalese call it rises 8,848 meters into the sky.The hike to the base camp attracts trekkers from all over the Globe. Day 01 – Arrive to Kathmandu

Day 02 – Kathmandu Sightseen Tour

Day 03 – Fly to Lukla (2804m) trek to Phakding (2610m) approx 4 hours.

Day 04 – Trek to Namche Bazzar (3441m) approx 5.30 hours

Day 05 – Acclimatization day- Namche Bazzar (3441m)

Day 06 – Trek to Tyangboche (3860 meters)

Day 07 – Trek to Dingboche (4350 meters) 5.30 hours.

Day 08 – Acclimatization at Dingboche(4350m) , Trek to Chhukung (4710m) and back to Dingboche.

Day 09 – Trek to Lobuche (4910 meters)

Day 10 – Trek to Everest Base Camp (5365m) then trek back to Gorak Shep (5180m) 7 hours.

Day 11 – Trek / Climb to Kalapattar (5545 meters) then trek down to Pheriche (4240 meters)

Day 12 – Trek from Pheriche to Tyangboche (3860m) approx 4 hours.

Day 13 – Trek from Tyangboche to Namche Bazaar (3440m) approx 4 hours

Day 14 – Trek from Namche Bazaar to Lukla (2804m)- 6 Hours

Day 15 – Flight back to Kathmandu

Day 01 – Arrive Kathmandu
Arrive to Kathmandu, an exciting and memorable experience with the panoramic view of snow-capped Himalayan range greets your sight.
On your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, you will be received by representative of Independent Himalayan Adventure and take you to your Hotel, Welcome drink serve. We will then have a small briefing about the entire trip with final payment procedures.

Day 02 – Kathmandu Sightseeing
Final checking of your trekking equipments. Spend the early part after breakfast, take time to enjoy a day of sightseeing on a guided tour of some of the highlights of Kathmandu and the surrounding valley. Visit Swayambhunath stupa, also known as the Monkey temple, with its fine views over Kathmandu and many interesting features as well as great stupa itself from 2700 years. Join the devotees, pilgrims and wandering sadhus at Pashupatinath temple. Pashupatinath is the most important Hindu temple in Nepal as well as being one of the most important Shiva temple on the subcontinent, situated on the banks of the holy Bagmati River. After that take your time around Bouddhanath stupa, one of the largest stupa in the world. Explore the myriad temples and courtyards of Patan Durbar Square, also known as the city of Fine Arts. Later the afternoon back to your hotel and simply relax or explore the surrounding yourself.

Day 03 – Fly Kathmandu to Phaplu (2469m) and Trek to Salleri (2390m)
Early in the morning, go to the airport to fly towards Phaplu (2469m). Enjoy 35 minutes scenery flight and upon arrival at Phaplu airport, trek to Salleri. which would take you only luxuriously an hour normal walk of your first day. While on trek, privileged to see the local market in Salleri and visit the local monasteries including Chewang Monastery.

Day 04 – Trek to Takshindu (3060m) via Ringmo
From salleri follow the trek route via Ringmo to Takshindu (alternatively Traksimdhu). Enjoy the view of Sherpa settlements, walk through the dense woods and watch different kinds of birds on trek route. Local people would perform cultural show In the evening as welcome to tourists.

Day 05 – Trek to Beni (3972m)
Erly morning trek from Takshindu to Beni via Sahasra (3972m). the trek would be full of majextic view of mountains Number (Numbur) Himal, Khatang, Karyolung. Also visit local yak farms, locl cheese factory, local monastery and walk through the alpine forest with experience of beautiful landscapes wilderness and bird watching.

Day 06 – Trek to Dudhkunda (4560m)
Trek to Dudh Kunda Lake (4560m); the Milky holy Lake. It takes around 4 hours trek from Beni to reach Dudh Kunda.

Day 07 – Trek to Ringmo (2700m.)
From Dhudh Kunda, start trek to Takshindu and to Ringmo (2700m.). Taste the local suisines of Ringmo the apple wine and Yak cheese.

Day 08 – Arrive back to Phaplu (2469m)

Day 09 – Flight back to Kathmandu
Take your early flight of 30 minutes to Kathmandu. Transfer to Hotel and meet the evening for Farewell Dinner with Cultural program.

Day 10 – Kathmandu Extra Day
Extra day in Kathmandu. We always suggest our valuable clients to make minimum an extra day as Contingency after mountain trekking. You may excursion your self for shopping and relax and pack your luggage for tomorrow departure.

Day 11 – Departure from Kathmandu
Departure to TIA Kathmandu Airport. Our airport representative will drop you to the Airport.
