Experience Croatia in 15 days

Day 1:  Dubrovnik

Arrival to Dubrovnik in your own arrangement. We meet and check into the hotel around 2 p.m.  You will have until 4 p.m. for rest, when we meet with a local tour guide at the PILE GATE. Sightseeing of the PILE GATE, ONOFRIO’S FOUNTAIN, THE RECTOR’S PALACE, THE FRANCISCAN PHARMACY OF THE LITTLE BROTHERS, THE WALLS AND TOWERS OF DUBROVNIK, THE MINČETA TOWER, THE AQUARIUM. Next, you will have free time, after which we go to the hotel for dinner.

Day 2: Overnight stay in Dubrovnik – NP Mljet – Dubrovnik

Breakfast. We leave for Šipan harbor around 8 a.m., where we will take a catamaran to the island of Mljet. We arrive to Polače, where we meet with a local tour guide. We will then see the sights of Mljet national park. We will take some free time following the sightseeing, and have a traditional Dalmatian dinner at Konoba Antika in Polače. We then board a catamaran and return to Dubrovnik.

Day 3: Dubrovnik – Split

Time off until 4 p.m., when we meet in front of the hotel. We set toward Split, the second largest city in the Republic of Croatia. We arrive in the evening, followed by accommodation in the hotel and overnight stay.

Day 4: Split

Breakfast. We meet with a local tour guide at the Church of St Francis for the sightseeing of Diocletian’s Palace, the Palace basement, the cathedral, the Vestibulum, the Peristil, the statue of Gregory of Nin, and we will take a stroll down Split’s promenade. Next, you will have some free time and the opportunity to visit the famous Bačvice beach. Dinner at the hotel. Spending the night.

Day 5: Split – NP Krka – Šibenik

We check out of the hotel after breakfast and leave for the Krka national park. We will see the sights of the national park, the ethno village, the weaver’s workshop, and the old mills. We then take a boat ride toward Skradin and enjoy the breathtaking landscapes. Some free time is provided before departure. We leave for Šibenik in the afternoon and meet a local tour guide for sightseeing, after which we will check into the hotel. Spending the night.

Day 6: Šibenik –  Zadar

We check out of the hotel after breakfast and leave for Zadar. There, we meet with a local tour guide who will take us to see the Cathedral of St. Anastasia and its bell tower, the Church of St. Donatus, the Sea organ, the Monument to the Sun, the city walls and the old city core. You have free time for lunch and other activities following the sightseeing. We meet at 8 p.m. for dinner and wine tasting.

Day 7: Zadar

You can use up your time entirely as you please. Enjoy the amazing beaches, the local gastronomical offer, the cultural and historical heritage, shopping, or any other form of entertainment that Europe’s Best Destination in 2016 provides.

Another available option is a full-day excursion to the Kornati national park. Spending the night in Zadar.

Day 8: Zadar – NP Plitvice Lakes – Pula

We check out of the hotel after breakfast and drive toward NP Plitvice Lakes. We will take a walk down the instructive trail and see the sights of the national park on UNESCO’s World Heritage list. You will have time for lunch and rest following the sightseeing, after which we leave for Pula and arrive in the evening. Checking in and sleeping.

Day 9: Pula – NP Brijuni – Pula

Breakfast. We leave for Fažana, where we take a ferry to Brijuni national park. We will see the sights of the national park with a park tour guide. You will also get some free time before we go back to Fažana for a traditional Istrian lunch. After taking a rest, we go back to Pula, where we spend the night.

Day 10: Pula – Rijeka – Zagreb

We check out of the hotel after breakfast and drive toward Rijeka, the Republic of Croatia’s biggest harbor and third largest city. You will have some free time in the city center. We proceed toward Zagreb, the largest city and capital of the Republic of Croatia, which we will reach in the afternoon. Checking into the hotel, dinner, and rest.

Day 11: Zagreb

Following breakfast, we will meet a local tour guide at the Zagreb Cathedral. We then take a tour of the city. Free afternoon and spending the night in Zagreb.

Day 12: Zagreb – Krapina – Trakošćan – Zagreb

We leave for Krapina after breakfast. We will visit the Krapina Neanderthal Museum, and the house of Ljudevit Gaj. After the sightseeing of Krapina, we will peruse the Trakošćan Castle with the help of expert guides. You will then have some free time before a traditional Zagorje lunch at the Vuglec Breg estate. We return to Zagreb for an overnight stay.

Day 13: Zagreb – Veliki Tabor –  Varaždin

We check out of the hotel after breakfast and leave for Varaždin. We will visit the Veliki Tabor Castle on our way there. In Varaždin, we meet a local tour guide for sightseeing. Free time and spending the night.

Day 14: Varaždin

Free time and fun at the Špancirfest street festival. Spending the night.

Day 15: Varaždin – Zagreb

We check out of the hotel after breakfast and leave for Zagreb, where our journey ends.

The kings and dukes route- Dalmatia


Day 1: Rijeka – Nin – Zadar

We start our journey from the Delta parking lot at 08:00 AM with a pleasant ride towards the town of Nin, arriving there in the afternoon hours. Sightseeing throughout the town, visiting Museum of Nin Antiquities, tasting homemade specialties, witnessing the world’s smallest cathedral are just some secrets this little town has to offer. In the evening, according to the arrangement, we continue towards Zadar where we will spend the night.

Day 2: Zadar

Breakfast. At 10:00 AM, a local licensed professional tourist guide will lead us through the city’s sights, as well as Archeological and National Museum. Afterward, you will have some free time for your own programs, and in the evening hours, we will have a dinner together. When finished dining, you can enjoy Zadar’s nightlife or just rest for the upcoming days.

Day 3: Zadar

Breakfast. You will have this whole day for yourself. Enjoy our beautiful beaches, local cuisine, go shopping or find your own fun in the Europe’s best destination in 2016! We will stay overnight.

Day 4: Zadar – Biograd – Šibenik

Breakfast. At 10:00 AM we depart from Zadar and continue towards Biograd where a short break and a walk through the town. When agreed, we will go to Šibenik where a local licensed professional tourist guide will lead us through the sights, and accommodate us for the overnight’s stay.

Day 5: Šibenik – Trogir – Klis – Split

Breakfast. At 10:00 AM we continue towards Trogir where you can see the historic city core which is on the UNESCO’s list of world’s heritage sites. After Trogir, we continue towards Klis with its impressive fort which offers a breathtaking view. After this memorable sight, we will have a dinner together and continue with a short drive to Split, the largest city in Dalmatia and the second largest in Croatia, where we will stay for the upcoming night.

Day 6: Split

Breakfast. At 10:00 AM, a local licensed professional tourist guide will lead us through the city’s sights. Afterward, you will have some free time for your own programs, among which we recommend sunbathing, city museums and/or enjoying the taste of local gastronomy. We will stay overnight.

Day 7: Split – Rijeka

Breakfast. You will have free time until 14:00h when we depart back to Rijeka. Arrival will be in the evening hours, including several short breaks on the way.

7 days – 7 national parks


Day 1: Zagreb – NP Plitvice Lakes – Pula

Our starting point is Zagreb’s Bus Terminal at 8 a.m., from which we set off to the Plitvice Lakes national park, the oldest and most visited national park in Croatia. After seeing its sites, we will dine together, and then travel to Pula, where we will spend the night.

Day 2: Pula – NP Brijuni –  Pula

Breakfast. We leave at 8 a.m. towards Fažana, and arrive at 8:30 a.m. The ferry taking us to Brijuni leaves at 9 a.m., with the expected time of arrival at the Brijuni national park at 9:30 a.m. Sightseeing on Brijuni will be conducted by the tour guides of the national park. We return by boat at approximately 2 p.m. After returning to Pula, we will have a tour of the city and try some local delicacies at dinner. We spend the night in Pula.

Day 3: Pula – NP Risnjak – Starigrad

Breakfast. We leave for Risnjak national park at 10 a.m. After sightseeing, you can enjoy the local gastronomical offer of the national park. Based on arrangements within the group, we leave for Starigrad, where we will spend the remaining nights.

Day 4: Starigrad – NP Paklenica – NP Krka – Starigrad

Breakfast. At 10 a.m., we leave for the nearby Paklenica national park. The following destination is yet another national park – Krka. After the sightseeing, we go to Skradin for dinner, and to Starigrad for the night.

Day 5: Starigrad – NP Kornati – Starigrad

Breakfast. At 10 a.m., we set off to Kornati national park. An all-day excursion will give you the opportunity for sightseeing, going to the beach, and trying out the gastronomical delicacies. We leave for Starigrad before nightfall, where we will spend the night.

Day 6: Starigrad – Zadar – Starigrad

Breakfast. We leave for Zadar at 10 a.m. Following our arrival, you can choose to spend the day as you please. Enjoy the amazing beaches, the local gastronomical offer, the cultural and historical heritage, shopping, or any other form of entertainment that Europe’s Best Destination in 2016 provides. The time of return to Starigrad in the evening will be arranged within the group.

Day 7: Starigrad – NP Sjeverni Velebit – Kutarevo – Starigrad

Breakfast. At 10 a.m., we leave for Northern  Velebit, Croatia’s youngest national park. Next, we visit Kutarevo and its bear cub shelter. We will also go to dinner here and enjoy the local delicacies. The returning time to Zagreb will be arranged within the group, bringing an end to our journey.
