Day 1: Kathmandu transfer Hotel

Day 2 : Kathmandu Valley
After breakfast sightseeing in Kathmandu valley popular hindu temple Pasupatinath,one of the oldest buddist stupa but it was destroyed in earth quick boudhanath , other biggest stupa Soyambhunath and Historical place Kathmandu Darbar square overnight in Hotel

Day 3: Fly to Paro Bhutan drive to Thimphu (L/D)
After breakfast, proceed to airport for flight to Bhutan – Paro. During the journey offers fascinating views of the eastern Himalayan range, including Mt. Everest. Arrival Paro, enjoy the Bhutan local lunch. ,
It is revered as one of the most holy shrines in Bhutan and embodies the arrival of Buddhism here. Visit to Rimpung Dzong or the ‘fortress of the heap of jewels’ which is the seat of the district administration and the residence of the monastic school. The dzong is famous for its wall murals depicting Buddhist parables, symbols and the lives of prominent saints. After finish, drive to Thimphu, the capital of Bhutan. The road meanders alongside the Paro Chu (river) and terraced fields until the confluence of two rivers at Chuzom. Day4:  / Wangdue Phodrang /Punakha (B/L/D)
After breakfast, we will drive towards Punakha and on the way with a short stop at Dochula pass (3,050m) where if the weather is good, enjoy spectacular view of mountains. After dinner, transfer back to the hotel in Paro. visit the Punakha Dzong, a massive structure built at the junction of two rivers. It was the capital of Bhutan until 1955, and still serves as the winter residence of the monk body. The first King, Ugyen Wangchuck was crowned here in 1907.
Drive to Wangdue, visit Chimi Lhakhang, a temple built by Lam Drukpa Kuenley, the Divine Madman and renowned for blessing barren women with fertility. (Overnight at the hotel in Punakha)

Day 5: WangduePhodrang / Punakha / Paro (B/L/D)
After breakfast, drive back to Paro via Thimphu and visit Tashicho Dzong, the center of government and the monastic order. After that, continue to visit the Motithang Mini Zoo where you can see the National animal Takin research centre where these odd animals graze peacefully in a small protected park. Visit the Memorial Chorten, a stupa conscpetualised by the Third King to ward off negative influences. It was later built in his memory by the present King and the Queen Mother. After that, visit the National Post Office, where you can spend only USD 3, to have your own photo for a set of stamps.
Visit another place from where you can get a good overview of the Thimphu valley is from the Buddha point (Kuensel Phodrang). It is again a short drive from the town. You can pay your obeisance and offer prayers to the Buddha, the largest statue in the country and then walk around and take a glimpse of the valley. Drive to Paro. After dinner, transfer back to the hotel in Paro. (Over night in the hotels in Paro)

Day 6: Paro (B/L/D)
After breakfast, drive to the foot of the Taktshang Monastery or Tiger’s Nest cliff before walking uphill for 2 hours to reach this monastery, giddily perched on a sheer 800m rock face. Taktshang means ‘Tiger’s Nest’ as legend has it that Guru Padmasambhava flew to this spot on the back of a tigress in the eight century. He meditated here making this temple a sacred pilgrimage destination for Buddhists. The trip to and fro takes 4 hours for which riding ponies can be arranged (USD 15/per pax). After lunch, visit one of the oldest landmarks in Bhutan. The 7th century Kyichu Lhakhang was one of the 108 temples built in the Himalayas by Tibetan King, Songtsen Gembo.
After dinner, if you have special needs, we can arrange for you to experience the Bhutanese Traditional Hot Stone Bath (USD25 /per pax), booking must be made 6hours in advance), to eased past few days journey fatigue. Transfer back to hotel in Paro. (Over night in the hotel of Paro)

Day 7: Flight to Kathmandu
Drive to the Airport fly Kathmandu our staff will pick up you from the airport then transfer to Hotel .

Day 8 : Departure to your destination
Today your trip comes at end. After breakfast at your hotel, you have now free time . If it is the day that you fly back home/ onward travel destination, we will transfer you to airport on time. Or you could extend your stay or you may get our assistance for additional activities that you are interested in.

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu airport (1345m)
Met our Representative from Himatrek who Welcome into Nepal with garland then transfer to hotel. Overnight at hotel also we will help you to find the right equipment for trekking.

Day 02: Kathmandu / Pokhara(910m) / Tikhredunga 1575m ( Fly)
Early in the morning you will fly to Pokhara . If you get chance to get seat in right side of the place with window you will able to see Panoramic views of the Himalayas Langtang , ganesh Himal, Manasalu , Annapurna and Dhaulagari Ranges , including rice terraces and green hills from the plane After reach to Pokhara one and half hours’ drive to Birethanti, a large and prosperous town beside the Modi head up the main trail to Ramgai and Sudame where you climb gradually up the side of the valley, reaching Hile (1495m) before pushing on to Tikhe Dhunga(1575m),

Day 03: Thikredunga to Ghorepani (2850m) 5 hrs
After take breakfast trail crosses a stream (Bhrungdi Khola) and then ascends a steep stone staircase to the large Magar village at Ulleri then you will walk through rhododendron (Nepali National Flower) and oak forests and across streams before making a short, final climb to Nangethant, From Nangethanti you head up to Ghorepani . Day 04: Ghorepani to Poon Hill to Tadapani (2520m).5 hrsEarly in the morning hike to Poon Hill (3210m) (it take 45 minute to 1 hours) a panoramic point provides an unobstructed view of sunrise over the high Himalayas including Mt. Dhaulagiri (8167 m), Mt. Annapurna I (8091 m), Mt. Nilgiri (7040m), Annapurna south (7219 m),Annapurna II (7937 m), Annapurna III (7555 m), Annapurna IV (7525 m), Hiunchuli (6441 m), fishtail or Machhapuchhare (6998m), Lamjung Himal (6986m), Tukuche peak (6920 m), Dhampus peak (6012m) others.
Back to From pun hill take breakfast then trail climbs along ridges and through pine,Oak,Juniper and rhododendron forests to Deurali (2960 m).You descend to reach next Banthanti, before winding your way to Tadapani(2540m) Overnight at Lodge.

Day 05: Tadapani to Ghaundruk(1950m) /Landruk (1950m) 4.30 approx hrs
During this day, you will trek through the forests with mountain view.Your descent brings you to the village of Ghandruk village around noon so you can visit Gurung village, Gurung museum. As well as take time to explore the village. May take Lunch and trek down to Modi khola and climb up to Landruk a beautiful Gurung Village with terraces, green hills with mountain views, culture, GuThey are honesty and innocent smile face.They have their own monologue too .Overnight at Lodge.

Day 06: Landruk / Tolka/ Puthana / Australian Camp
After Breakfast then start walking up and down way to Tolka till to Bhedi Khara after Bhedi Kharka climb up to Deurali pass then down to Tolka through forest reach to Australian Camp. This Place provide great Jungle scenery and similar views as Poonhill like Annapurna South, Fishtial, Mt Dhaulagiri,Tukuche peak,Dhampus Peak,Nilgiri and Himchuli.
Australian Camp we will hike to Naudanda (Nine hill) stop for Lunch and continue hike to Sarangkot. Sarangkot trek offer you spectacular mountain scenery (Mt Dhaulagri, Annapurna, Machhapuchre, Nilgiri, Lamjung hima etc. and enchanting view of Pokhara valley. and Pokhara lake. Specially in the night time you can see beautiful lighting Pokhara valley view
Day 07: Australian Camp/ Pokhara (by private vehicle) 3 hrs
Australian Camp we will hike to Kade 1hour drive to and Pokhara hotel will provide close to lake side if someone want to do boating in Fewa lake it is also possible cost will be extra for that.

Day 08: Drive to Kathmandu
Driving Early in the morning hotel few minutes to get Tourist bus station. You will drive through scenic foothills, passing along the road at the bank of Trishuli will have nice view of Annapurna, terraces and green hills with many Nepali town.While you reach to kathmandu at noon.
Day 9: Transfer to Airport departure from Nepal.

Visa can be getting easily from Royal Nepalese Embassies or Royal Nepalese consulate office. 15 0r 30 days visa is also available from Kathmandu airport. Mountaineering, Trekking and Rafting permits are available in Kathmandu. You need 3 passport size photos to make Tims and conservation Permit
All travelers should consult with their physician or update on vaccination requirements Cholera, Typhoid, Tetanus and hepatitis. None of these shots are require .For Entry in to Nepal, but we recommend that you get inoculations or boosters for these before travelling. For hepatitis, the Hemoglobin injection should be taken as close to departure.
Altitude Sickness
A mixture of problems like headache, noose, and shortness of breath tiredness encountered at high altitude above 3,000 Mts. because of the less oxygen, low Pressure, rapid ascent, possibly dehydration and hypothermia. Mild symptom of sickness. Not feeling well, Tiredness, short of breath, loss of appetite sleeping disturbance and dizziness. It can be happen after 1-3 days of arrival in the altitude then increasing shortness of breath at rest, severe cough-dry much tried, High pulse rateI.e. 110 blueness of face, lip, fingers nail-that mean inability to transport oxygen in to the blood. It can be happen after 2 night of arrival in the altitude. The last severe symptoms of altitude sickness: -Severe headache, vomiting, working like a drunk, mental confusion, irritable unconsciousness.
Acclimatization in high altitude, working slowly, drinking more water or fluid, carry small back pack, climb high sleep lower, don’t work alone and no alcohol, sleeping pills, and smoking.
For the altitudes sickness, there is no medicine but if anybody suffering by sickness better way to take lower altitude as soon as possible. Some medicine can help like a oxygen, Diamox for mild symptoms. Nafedipine for second Symptom Stroids / Dexamthasone for severe symptoms and Hyperbolic bag eparture from Nepal.
